A customer shared their recent experience with their local car dealership - before discovering Avatar Vehicles.
Our customer was seeking a luxury model of car from a high end manufacturer - their experience was blighted by many mistakes and the poorest standard of customer care!
Essentially, a test drive had been arranged but when the customer arrived on the date/time agreed she was told that the vehicle had not been returned.
They were then told that their mobile phone must be broken as they had attempted to contact several times. There was no apology, no attempt to rearrange and in fact a general lack of interest was shown in the customers opinion.
A polite complaint by email led to a response filled with errors - misspelling the customers name, misspelling their own company name and asking that the customer suggest what should be done.
A further complaint was made to the regional manager who responded clearly and professionally but by now the customer was deflated and defeated and was no longer prepared to work with the company.
Whilst sharing this experience with a friend, Avatar Vehicles was recommended, the friend having sourced a vehicle through us a few months earlier. We supplied the exact make and model which the customer test drove - this time arranged by us. We organised the finance for the deal which was in fact below the customer's proposed budget. The vehicle was delivered to the customer's door.
